Spicy pork meatballs in a creamy tomato sauce

You will need.......

MEATBALLS
600g good quality pork mince
2 cloves garlic, minced
2" piece of ginger, minced
1 green chilli, minced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 onion, minced
Freshly ground salt/pepper
*Combine all ingredients together and roll into small meatballs, fry in oil until meatballs are browned and cooked through (around 10 mins)
SAUCE
3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
Large handful of basil,
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp peri-peri or hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp white pepper
Freshly ground salt and pepper
*Fry off the tomatoes and red onion in olive oil for 10 mins then add remaining ingredients and simmer till reduced and thick and combine with the meatballs
SERVE OVER ZUCCHINI PASTA (shred one zucchini with a potato peeler into long, thin strips and boil till tender, drain and serve)
